In case of the 200mm dia (8ND Sch.80) pipes.The pipes shall be supplied with one end male thread and other end female thread or both ends threaded with external thread and necessary joint coupler will be supplied free of cost in each pipe.The female & grooving internal thread is to be belled in order to accept the male thread while jointing the pipe & pipes with a grooving at the root of the male thread to accommodate flexible rubber \"O\"ring to make the joint water tight.Colour of the pipe shall be blue,Best quality HDPE Thread Protector of blue colour shall be provided in each pipe to avoid transit damage. The name of the manufacturer alongwith Batch No.,Schedule of pipe, Nominal size of the pipe,Standard No & Year shall be stenciled legibly on each pipe length. |
