Wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC Pipe extending through the full width of the structure slope of 1(V)20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 (including cost of materials) 12 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. 13 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 45-63.mm gaugestone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 14 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 22.4-53.mm gauge stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 15 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 16 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 17 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. 18 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. 19 Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 20 Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5 mm spaced 2 m c/c,1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level,all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to confirm to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of chanel section 150x75x5mm,330 mm long complete as per clause 810. 21 Supply and fixing of retroreflective high intensity informatory sign board/cautionary sign board etc. as per MoRTH specification one each side 22 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing TRAFFIC SIGNS -HAZARD MARKER (LEFT & RIGHT) 23 Supply & Fixing of Square Delinators made of 45x45x3 mm squre pipe of 900 mm length duly painted in black color having two nos. of high intensity prismatic rectro reflective sheetings of yellow & white color having minimum rectro reflective valve as per Type IV of ASTM D-4956-04 of size 40mm x 225 mm on all the four face of squre pipe properly pressed including cost of all material along with fixing with 1:2:4 cement concrete complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 24 Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface appiled glass beads as per IRC 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streak and holes Edge line/centre line/Zebra Crossing/ Rumble Stripe (Road marking work) 25 Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface appiled glass beads as per IRC 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streak and holes Edge line/centre line/Zebra Crossing/ Rumble Stripe (Repeted bar) 26 Providing and laying Back Filling behind abutment wing wall and behind retuirn wall complete as per drawing and technical specification. 27 Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulder weighing not less than 40 kg eathc completes as per drawing and technical specification.
