Providing services of technicians towards attending complaints of EPABX (make-syntel) with telephone sets (intercom system) at various sections/floor and rectifying the same including replacement of faulty accessories like brokenPorts, telephone handset receiver wires/jack etc and dusting, checking, servicing of racketc.as required to keep the system in healthy condition at DSCI (East)during hospital hours on all workingdays/holidays as permitted by hospital Authority. Engineer/Technical/Supervisor (Diploma holder) 01 no. and Helper/Khalasi 01 no. shall be visit the site minimum 15 days per month. Complaints should be attended/rectified within 24 hours from reporting time
