Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.(excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 (13.2mm & 11.20mm in 2:1)mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46kg/sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.(excludingGST)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing 6.7mm stone grit @0.009 cum per sqm the voids in a bituminous grade VG-10 @0.65kg per sqm surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (excluding GST)

Construction of Embankment withapproved material obtain from Borrow pits with all lift and lead, transporting to site ,spreding grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table-300-2(in patri work). (excluding GST)

Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBM road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc., restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop /berms, making up of berms/ shoulders, maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert, maintenance of guard rails and parapet, maintenance of road signs, speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required, maintenance of Hectometer and kilometer stone cutting of branches of tree, shrub and trimming of grass and weeds etc. white washing of parapet including CD work, painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stone. as per GO No. 55/2022/187/23-9-2022-02 Nabard/2021 Dt. 28.04.2022 Maintenance of 1st year after completion of work @0% of total work amount of item 1 to 6
