Tender For Construction work of culvert of 1X3 meter span at km 1 of Sunsi link road - Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawingand technical specifications , including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottam and backfilling with approved material. 2 Plain Cement Concrete M 20 in open foundation complete as per drawing & clause 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORD Specifications. 3 Brick Masonry Work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per Drawing and Technical Specifications 4 Brick Masonry Work in cement mortar 1:3 in substructure complete excluding pointing and plastering as per Drawing and Technical Specifications 5 Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. 6 Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification 7 Providing & Laying M:25 Grade Reinforced Cement Concrete in superstructure as per drawings, Technical specificaitons Clause 800 , 1205.4 and 1205.5 8 Pointing with Cement mortar (1:3) on brick work as per Technical Specification 9 Plastering with Cement mortar (1:3) on brick work as per Technical Specification 10 Back filling of granular material (40 mm O.B.B.) behind abutment ,wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to afirm conditioncomplete as per drawing and technical specification. 11 Providing weep holes in brick masonaryabutment ,wing wall and return wall with 75 mm dia P.V.C. Pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope 1V: 20 H towards drawing face .complete as per drawing and technical specification. 12 Construction of embankment (Carted Earth) with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 13 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 14 Providing, Laying and Spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63 - 45mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening, binding materials to fill up thienterstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 15 Providing, Laying and Spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening, binding materials to fill up thienterstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 16 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at tha rate of 0.75kg/sqm using manuual means. 17 (ii)Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Preasuredistributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 18 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required l;ine, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat. 19 Providing and Laying Seal Coat C Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fail. 20 Brick edgeing on both sides of the road of first class brick 8 cm (3) wide and 12 cm. deep laid with mud mortar all including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper aligment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer in charge. As Per S.I No-765 21 Boring with 100 mm dia Casing pipe with Dewatering including cost of pipes, all other materials, labour Charges etc complite as per direction of E/I. 22 Dewatering of the area for excavation of earth etc upto complete work. 23 Distmantlingbrick work or stone work in lime or cementmortar and including stackingmaterials as directed byEngineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters ( 200 feet). As per SOR No-692 24 Construction of embankment (Carted Earth) with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 25 Brick soiling with straight overburnt brick laid on edge flat and dry including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of briks, filling joints, with local earth spreading blinding coats 1 cm. (3/8) deep of local earth of P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface & including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per SOR No-262(B) 26 Laying reinforced cement concrement pipe in double row including fixing collar but including excavation etc complete.
