| 2 | SITC of ACB 1000A 4P 50KA 415V with LSIG The ACB shall confirm the requirements of IEC 60947-2 & 3 type tested & certified forcompliance to standards from accredited national/ international lab. The circuit breaker shall be suitable for service voltage 690, 3 Phase 50 Hz supply system, suitable for utilization category B. Air Circuit Breakers shall be with mouldedhousing flush front, draw out type and shall be provided with a trip free manual operating mechanism with mechnicalon/off indication.The cradle shall be so designed and constructed as to permit smooth withdrawal and insertion of the breaker into it. The movements shall be free from jerks, easy to operate There shall be 4 distinct and separate position with self-locking arrangement of the circuit breaker on the cradle. Racking Interlock in Service/Test/Disconnected PositionSAFETY FEATURESa) The safety shutter shall prevent inadvertent contact with isolating contacts when breaker is withdrawn from the Cradle.b) There shall be provision of positive earth connection between fixed and moving portion of the ACB either through connectors plug or sliding solid earth mechanism. Earthing bolts shall be provided on the cradle or body of fixed ACB.c) It shall be possible to bolt the draw out frame not only in connected position but also in TEST and DISCONNECTED position to prevent dislocation due to vibration and shocks.d) Draw-out breakers should not close unless in distinct Service/Test/Isolated positions.e) The ACB shall provide in built electrical and mechanical anti-pumping.f) All ACB’s shall be having type tested design with combined sequence test as per IEC 60947.ACB Insulation voltage 1000V & 12KV Impulse with Min. Mech operation 20000, Electrical operation 8000 , Inbuilt Counter required for no. of operation , Protection Release shall be Microproccessor based having Touch Display for easy access , setting of all parameter of breaker , release shall be equiped with Over Load , Sort cicuit & earth FaultProtection , Release shall provide Date, time, fault current by phase and type of protection tripped over the last 30 trips;& Date, time and type of operation of the last 200 events (example: opening/closing of circuit-breaker, pre-alarms, editing of settings, ect. Zone Selective Interlocking , Release shall be Self Powered , Number of operations of the circuit-breaker: divided into mechanical operations (no current), electrical operations (with current) and protection function (trip), ACB Contact Wear estimated Function.All the information can be viewed directly from the display and from a Smartphone, Tablet (with Ekip Bluetooth) or PC using the front port of the trip unit or the system communicationMake ABB |
