Supply and fixing at size Bronze metal alloy ( 88% copper, 8% tin and 4% zinc)sculpture including palnning, developing , casting all loadinng and un loading . transportation, scalffolding, hoisting , instaklkation with all required T & P , fixing overon base surface as per shape - size and placement as per approved drawing , finishing surface treatment etc. covering properely till the date of anugration of site etc. modelling, 3 D sacnning of the modelroboatic machining enlargment of model to desired height. assembeling and final detailing , piece modeling . wax casting lost wax process. wax chasingsprung investing metal casting , diversting, metal chassing brazing/welding finishing and painting / colour etc . Complete job of all respect has per approved design and drawing under approvalof project consultant or site enginer as per attached photo of sculpture.The height of Horce -4 feet and length 10 feet x width 4 feet. The sitting sculpure height of Maharana pratap shall be 5 feet . the dimmenssion may be changed as per site engineer.the total weight of sculpure shall be approx 1100 kg . The final drawing shall be provided after award of the work. the payment shall be made per kg.
