(including cost of bitumen) (The rate are excluding G.S.T. which will be paid extra as applicable) 3 Providing and laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates as per specification using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity including cost of labour, T&P etc complete for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I. (including cost of bitumen) (The rate are excluding G.S.T. which will be paid extra as applicable) 4 Providing and laying seal coat by Manual means with Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (including cost of bitumen) (The rate are excluding G.S.T. which will be paid extra as applicable) 5 Construction ofun-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, (The rate are excluding G.S.T. which will be paid extra as applicable) 6 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 mt. in depth and work in embankment to been 20 cm. layers includding ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slope and also including 1.5 mt. lift and 30 mt. lead as per SL.
