Tender For Patch Repair Work In Ganga Mela Root By H.M.P Zone 1 - Earth work in surface excavation to be from reguar pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and stopes and also including 1.5 M. lift and 30 M. lead The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M. distance as directed by Engineering in charge. 2 construction of granular sub base (GSB) BY providing course graded material spreading in unifrom layer etc all comp. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10using bitumen presure distributer @ 0.30 kg/sqm (VG-10) on the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned ith machainical broom.. 4 Providing and laying bitumenous concrete(B.C) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crused aggrigtes of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (CRMB-55)@ 5.4% of mix, subject to job mix 5 Cartage of earth and dismental material upto 3.00km including loading unloading etc all comp. 6 GST (18%)
