Tender For Construction work of the remaining part of the gate on the international border of Ganeshpur Kotia to Singhorawa road under the beautification scheme of the roads falling on the international/interstate routes of the state in the financial year 2024-25 - Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowereh and basket etc. complete. SOR-251 2 Cement Concrete with 4cm. gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work. SOR-280 3 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm. gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in havier beams ,lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including S/o all materials required for proper completion of the work.SOR-286A 4 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not including in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including binding for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage. Bend books and authorized overlapping shall be measured. SOR-504 5 M-150Sub Class(A) brick work in 1:4 cement and course sand modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labourtools and plants. etc. required for proper completion ofwork. SOR-305 6 Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately). Red sand stone - 30mm thick gang saw cut stone 7 Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approvedexpansionholdfastenersonCC/RCCsurface,includingdrilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer- in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal&verticallines/planes.(Onlystructuralsteelframeworkshallbe measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid). 8 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 9 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 Ltr/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm.) asr per CPWD 13.47.1 10 Providing and laying vitrified glazed ceremic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more size (thickness to specified by approved make & colors) of first quality confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in colors & shade laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (I cement 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments.as per CPWD11:39
