Tender For Reconstruction Work Of Road From Manjharia (Jharuwa) To Dhanoda Under Sugar Mill (Calculation) Scheme In The Financial Year 2024-25 - Earth work in cutting in embankment in ordinary soil (Loam,Clay or sand) excavation to be in the form ofpit not exceeding 50 cm in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including the ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.50 meter lift and 30meter lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30m distanceas direction by the Engineer incharge. Km-1, 2, 3(400) 2 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405. Km-1, 2, 3(400) 5 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(Rates are Exclucive GST but Inclucive all other taxes ). Km-1, 2, 3(400) 6 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by manual MORD Specificiations 508.(Rates are Exclucive GST but Inclucive all other taxes ).
