Plain ended specials 2 At site as per site measurements 3 at work shop 4 Providing, & fixingof MS flanges byweldingon various sizes of M.S. specials like bend, Tee, Reducer, gap-pieces etc. of 10-20 mm thick sheet including welding, cutting machining and minimum two coats, of epoxy primer & epoxy paint complete jobas per specification and departmental requirement 5 At site as per site measurements 6 at work shop 7 Providing, fabrication of various sizes of M.S. flanges as per standard of 20-25 mm thickness with epoxy primer & epoxy paint complete job as per site requirement with fixing at site welding etc. 8 Providing, fabrication of various sizes of M.S. flanges as per standard of 20-25 mm thickness including welding, cutting making holes etc. with epoxy primer & epoxy paint complete job as per site requirement at workshop as per specification and departmental requirement. 9 Providing, fabrication of various sizes of M.S. blind plates thickness 6-10 mm including, cutting, welding, making holes etc. with epoxy primer & epoxy paint complete job with fixing as per site measurement. 10 Cutting of MS/D.I./C.I. pipe various size by gas/ electric cutter 11 Turning and machining of C.I.D. joints of various sizes as per required internal diameter and as per direction of Engineer Incharge. 12 80 mm to 150 mm 13 200 mm to 350 mm 14 400 mm & above 15 Welding on CI/DI pipes with CI/DI welding rod including making leak proof joints as site (8 mm thick in three layers round welding) 16 Making and machining of SS road for various size sluice valve with check nut as per sample complete job etc. (For 304) 17 80 mm dia 18 100 mm dia 19 150 mm dia 20 200 mm dia 21 250 mm dia 22 300 mm dia 23 350 mm dia 24 400 mm dia 25 450 mm dia 26 500 mm dia 27 600 mm dia 28 700 mm dia & above
