Long jointed to each other by means of 5nos MS Strip 50x6mm of size 150mm long each by welding at equal distance interval as per norms and grouting in block of 300x300x700 completely providing two nos cable clamps also all the materials i.e. clamps nut bolts will provide by contractor. 33 Grouting and Nuzzling of 11 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories 15 required including its grouting by civil material (sand, brick blast & cement). All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor. 34 Ordinary Earthing by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500 mm per RESPO schedule. 35 Cable hoisting of 11 XLPE Cable on double pole 3X70, 3X120, 3x185) sqmm including jumpering etc complete with of GI Pipe as per RESPO Norms 36 Laying of 11KV 3x185/3x120/3x70 sq mm XLPE single cable by digging of french of size 500 mm wide 900 mm after laying of cable boxing with brick, local sand and stone slab 37 Installation of 11 KV CT/PT double metering unit of constructed double pole structure as per RESPO norms. Only 11 KV CT/PT unit shall be supplied by department 38 Fixing & commissioning of 11 KV pilfer Resistance meter (25/5Amp.) All material except pilfer Resistance metering cubical shall be supplied by the contractor 39 Fabrication erection & commissioning of 63 KVA T/F on Double pole with all accessories. All material except 63 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the contractor. 40 CompleteJumpringwithhelpofGIpipeasperRESPOnorms GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 41 Fabrication erection and commissioning of 25/16/10 KVA T/F on double/single pole with all accessories. All material except 25/16/10 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the contractor. 42 Chamical Earthing of T/F 100/250/400 Complete Work 43 Stringing & Sagging ABC Cable (3x50+1x35+1x16) sq mm. winding & jumpering of LT Line With AB Condueteras per RESSPO norms AB Conductor Provided by Dpt and balance materials lin ke holding clamp eye hook suspension clamp &dead end clamp arranged by the conductor 44 Stringing & Sagging ABC Cable (1x25+1x16) sq mm. winding & jumpering of LT Line With AB Conductor as per RESSPO norms AB Conductor Provided by Dpt and balance materials lin ke holding clamp eye hook suspension clamp &dead end clamp arranged by the conductor 45 Fixing of LT DB box Three phase/ Single Phase. 46 Supply & Fixing Of 11 KV Fuse Set (All Material Supply by The Contractor) 47 Stringing & Sagging of three phase 11 kv line on 28 ACSR Weasel/ Rabbit conductor as per RESPO Norms 48 Fixing of Gaurding Angle With Material 49 Looping & chopping of tree branches for clearance of 29 HT/LT line after clearance of line through out pieces of tree branches of site (Approx 3 Km).
