Construction of RCC framed structure building ( G+2) for Hall and Philosophical debate classrooms with plinth area of736.57 Sqm (approx) on Turnkey basis with provision of Internal & External water supply i/cfitting & fixtures, sanitary installations, internal & External electrification works, i/c fitting & fixtures, development of site, protection work of RRM Retaining wall 4.50 m height of length 38.50 m, 3.50 m height of length 30.00 m and 3.00 m height of length 30.00 m and miscellaneous work as required for the work etc complete with architectural & strutural drawing, design and execution is to be strictly as per CPWD specification 2024 with up to date correction slips and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge which shall be proof checked by IIT- guwahati or any reputed Government Engineering College/NIT and finally got approved by the competent authority of the department.
