Tender For New Construction Work Of Marsaina To Jarara Village Road -Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Including mechanicaly compacted to 95% PD as per SI No. 253 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause-405 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause-405 5 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of raod surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause-502 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per Technical Specification clause-508 8 Providing & laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification clause-510 9 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.(SI NO 251) 10 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 of not less than strength of Stone ballast (40 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.(SI NO. 4.1) 11 Fine Sand Sand Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification SOR Chapter No-12 12 Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 13 Cement plaster 12mm thick in mortar 1:3 (1Cement : 3 Corse Sand) ch-13 13.9 14 Providing and laying 1000mm reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granularmaterial in single row includingfixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106. 15 Providing and laying 600mm reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granularmaterial in single row includingfixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106. 16 Providing and laying 350mm reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granularmaterial in single row includingfixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106. 17 Brick edging on both side of the road of class M-150 bricks 8cm. (3) wide and 12cm (4½) deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Cost of maintenance of road for five years will be paid as per G.O. No. 17/2024 SA-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16-01-2024 2. The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contructior at site @ Rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractors bell for idle period 3.Payment of maintenance shall be made as per final execution of civil work wich may vary from the BOQ.
