No. 2181457/01, Make - Cg Of Clear Water Pumping Station For Dakshin Roypur Water Supply Project 34Mgd Under South 24-Pgs Mechanical Division, Phe Dte.-2 Cost for transportation of the defective 800 KW, 6.6 KV motor from site to workshop at Kolkata by hired vehicle including loading at site with the aid of adequate man power and departmental hoisting arrangement. 3 Unloading the job (Motor Rating - 800 KW, Operating Voltage - 6.6 KV, Rotational Speed - 1490 RPM, Frame - NG450, Sl. No. 2181457/01, Make - CG) at the workshop and carrying out the following tasks by engaging personnel having sufficient knowledge pertaining to the work :- 4 Physical inspection of the motor 5 Testing of IR and Pl 6 Measurement of stator winding resistance and inductance 7 Measurement of BTD RTD resistance 8 No Load run of the motor with LT supply if motor permits 9 Measurement of Vibration Temperature 10 Dismantling of motor 11 Separation & cleaning of component 12 Measurement of bearing housing 13 Condition checking of Bearings, DTT, TB etc. 14 Checking of Rotor
