Sunara to Mohit Jewelers shop in Nagar Panchayat Jahangirpur. - Concrete with 4 CM gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 F.M and cement, in the proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under the floor i/c supply of all materials,labour , T & Petc. required for proper completion of the work as per.S.I NO-275 2 M-150 Brick work in cement mortar in proportion pf 1:4 (1cement and 4 coarse sand) in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for propercomletion of the wprk.as per S.I.No. 305a 3 12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand pf 2.20 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minumum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No.584 4 cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 279a 5 construction of granular sub-base by providing coars graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at desired density, including cost of all material, labour, T&P including all taxes, royalty, labour cess complete, as per mort clause (A.R.) 6 Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a pprepared sub base, with43 grade cement or any other tpye as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade) coarse & fine aggregate, conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levllling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovles rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of constraction and construction joints, applying debonading strips, primer, sealantnear approaches to bridge/ Culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with power trowel cum floter-trimix flooring machine, Technical Specification Clause 1501. 7 Add.
