| 2 | Providing and fixing of stainless steel (Grade 304) sheets/ plates, hollow tubes, channels, rods etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the plates with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts of required size, suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). |
| 3 | Drilling suitable holes in reinforced / plain cement concrete/ masonry with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 4 | Cutting holes up to 30 cm x 30 cm in R.C.C. floors/ roofs including fixing the steel structural members in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 5 | Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats andchannels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metresleadand matching with the existing handrail/Lift entrance including cost of all labours ,materials tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed . |
| 6 | Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer\"s specifications including appropriate priming coat on steel & other metal surfaces to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and supply of all labours, tools & plants, material etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (Two or more coats on new work) |
| 7 | Design supply & installation of Lift well/ suspended glass clading system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer (Saint-Gobain/ Modi or equivalent) with 12 mm thick curved - toughened glass (UV cut down >90%) of approved make held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel nut & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins. The Glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of appropriate size using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glass clading including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured. |
| 8 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of passenger elevator of 04 persons (minimum 272 Kg) capacity of approved make (Johnson/ OTIS/ Schindler/ Kone/ Mitsubishi or equivalent approved) suitable for lift well of 1.6 m dia, Lift pit 1.6m, headroom 4.0m, speed not less than 1.0 metre per second, car size & door clear opening shall be as per government norms, travel distance upto 25 metre, 1 or 2 stops, machine room less, gearless, microprocessor based stainless steel hairline finish, with controller, counter, counter weight, pulley, rope, buffers, electric traction motor etc. with ARD and complete as per the specification and design including supply of all labours, materials, earthing etc. as per detail specification, terms & conditions as required including scaffolding and Tools & Plants, obtaining statutory approval/ permission/ license for lift operation from competent authority etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. (including Defect Liability Period of 12 months)- Provision of door as double side of the lift car / cabin. |
| 9 | Painting (Two or more coats) with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade to the interior surface of LHT, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and supply of all labours, scaffolding, tools & plants, material etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. |
