Booth Sector 26 Chandigarh-- 1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 3 Providingandfixing4mmthickplainglasspaneswithbeadingwhenrequiredover exixting chowkhat or fixed shutter or fixed portion or glazed shutter including the cost ofnails,puttyetc. completeinallrespecttotheentiresatisfactionofEngineer-in- charge. 4 Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surfacehavingexposedrustedbarsconsistingoffollowingoperations(a) chippingof concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surfaceproperly and applying arcylicpolymer (acrocrete/pidilite/mastercreteoritsequivalent)coatingmixedwithcementfor properbondingofoldandnewconcreteintwocoats0.2kgper1kgofcement.(c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcementbyusingbindingwireandnailscomplete.(d)Provingandplacingof cement concrete l:11/2:3 having average thickness 1 (3/4 to 11/4 thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2bagsofcementincludingfinishingthesurfacecompleteinallrespectasperthe direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/polished/ designer(manufactured byvibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designationM35ISImarkedincludingthecostofgoodqualitycolorandhardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as perIS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 25 mm average thick screened coarse sand to the required slope and filling the joints with fine sand complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
