Annual Rate Contract for maintenance of air conditioner , Water Coolers and Fridges installed in NDMC area, New Delhi.- 1 Supplying and charging of R-134A/R-410/suitable Non CFC refrigerant gas in the following capacity WTAC /STAC and Water Coolers after pressure testing with nitrogen gas, vacuuming etc. including providing capillary filter of suitable size etc. as required (Gas will be supplied by the contractor)a) 1 TR Capacity Water Coolers 2 b) 1.5 Ton Capacity WTAC/STAC 3 c) 2/2.5TonCapacity WTAC/STAC 4 d) Fridge160 to 300 liters capacity 5 Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity of compressor (Make: Emerson/Highly) in existing ACs & Water Coolers installed at various locations in NDMC area on exchange basis including connection with suitable size of suction and discharge copper pipe, copper strainer, cappliery, nut-bolts, anti-vibration pad, connection, interconnection all the electrical wiring with thimbles cleaning and leakage/pressure testing with nitrogen gas for 24-Hrs., vacuuming, charging with refrigerant,(Gas will be supplied by the contractor) including dismantling of defective compressor etc. as required at site of work. a) Capacity 1TR reciprocating type 6 b) Capacity1.5TRreciprocatingtype. 7 c) Capacity1.5TRrotarytype. 8 d) Capacity2TRreciprocatingtype. 9 e) Capacity2TRrotarytype 10 Replacement of defective compressor of fridge on exchange basis with new company make including Gas charging, brazing of suction and discharge lines, supplying and replacement of capillary strainer, pressure testing, vaccumising etc. in fridges of capacity 165 to 500 Ltrs. At various locations in NDMC area. 11 Fabricating, supplying of seasoned wooden or existing metal frame made out of suitable for window AC the work including making modification on frame to suit the AC wooden frame should be duly varnished and painted with enameled paint to suit the wall color around AC and providing packing to prevent the heat leakage from inside and outside the room including making connection of AC installation, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 12 Rewinding of blower motors including dismantling from the machine with suitable size of copper wire, varnishing, baking, testing including replacement of suitable ball bearing/GM bushes, shaft and re-installation as required. 1.5/2/2.5 TR capacity units 13 Replacement of condenser coil /cooling coil in ACs/Water Coolers excluding gasCharging complete as reqd. 14 Rewinding, repairing, overhauling of condenser motor complete including dismantling from the machine.1/1.5/2/2.5TRcapacity 15 Replacement of PCB circuit of window AC/ split AC of capacity1/2/2.5TR complete as required. 16 Replacement of split AC in door blower andBush set complete as reqd. 17 Replacement of old burnt unserviceablecondenser fan motor with new condenser fan motor for ACs and Water Coolers. 18 Fixingof 1.5 /2 /2.5 TR capacity Split type AC Indoor on its base plate & Outdoor units in proper condition with suitable size of nut-bolts & washers, PVC gutti, steel screws of suitable size and miscellaneous items required at site. 19 Providing & fixing of iron stand (Vertical/ Horizontal) for 1.5/2/2.5TR capacity split type AC units complete with suitable size off as tener, nut-bolt & washer etc. as required at site. 20 Providing & fixing of suction & discharge copper pipe with foam insulation for1.5TR/2/2.5TR capacities for split type AC including 3 cores PVC insulated wire of suitable size and PVC pipe for drainage in surface / recess in wall complete as required at site.
