    Tender Details

    Tender For Power Management System (Pms) Upgrade; 1. Removal of Existing Siemens PMS Unit: Disconnect and un-install the existing Siemens PMS units. Ensure no disruption to power supply and system integrity during the removal process. 2. Installation and Configuration of the New PMS: Install a new marine-approved PMS, Integrate the new PMS into the DP operation. Ensure seamless communication with generators, breakers, and monitoring systems. 3. Load Transfer, Load Sharing, and Safety: Ensure proper synchronization and breaker control. Maintain safety interlocks to prevent overloads and system failures. Provide all safety features with existing MSB mechanisms as per offshore vessel standards. 4. Testing and Validation: Perform system-wide testing under all load-sharing scenarios. Conduct functional tests on generator synchronization and breaker operations. Execute safety and failure recovery tests to verify system stability. 5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to functional safety and power automation standards. Implement protection mechanisms to prevent failures as per marine standards. 6. Documentation and Training: Provide detailed wiring diagrams, programming logic, and operating manuals. Train operators on system functions, troubleshooting, and emergency procedures. CC) System Specifications: Existing Setup: 2x Diesel Generators (250 kW each), 2x Shaft Generators (1800 kW each). New System Requirements: Must support fault diagnostics and operational monitoring.
