Supply Erection & commissioning of 10 cs VTAxial flow vertical turbine pumps of 1440 RPM having static lift 6 mtr includingstandard delivery pipe and MS delivery bends of minimum 8 mm thickness with bituminous based paint inside & outside including flange welding, HT nut bolts complete in all respect as per site & as per approved technical specifications.

Supply Erection & commissioning of solid shaft 50 HP, 415 V(+,- 10%),50 Hz(+,-3%), 1440 RPM, IE2,vertical flange mountedsquirrel cage induction motor suitable for 10 cs VT pump with 6 mtr lift type complete in all respect as per technical specifications.

Supply Erection & commissioning of MS delivery pipes 508 mm inner dia alongwith MS bend as per site condition made of 6 mm thick MS Plate both end flanged (in >=6 mtr piece) as per approved specification & make. (including SS Nut-bolt, rubber Sheet 1/8\" & other fitting accesories required for fitting of pumps).

Providing & laying LT Armoured PVC Armoured copper cable of size 120 sq. mm, 3 ½core with copper thimble , copper not bolts & other allied materila conforming to IS 7098 -1985 as per approved makes.

Providing complete double side chemical earthing or plate earthing with 2 earth pits on both sides by boring & lowering 1.5\" Gl pipe, filling boring Job with charcoal, copper strips, salt & fixing base plate of chemical earthing and connecting this main earthing through copper strip upto motor and panel conforming 15-3043 & as per site requirement.

Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work i/c cutting hosting &fixing in position & applying a prime coat of approved steel primer & two coat of paint .(Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site in pair of MS cross Girder (ISMB)in 2 run of length of size 300 mmx140mm for foundation of 20 CS VT Axial Flow pump i/c supply,fixing &welding One end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump 20 Cs capacity and other end shall be welded with fixing of L.bracket &nut/bolts /washers etc into existing ISMB member.(MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG).Providing and new installation of Girder for 20Cs capacity VT Axial Flow pump as per specification approved by Irrigation Deptt.
