Accordingly we will decide for further steps. 5-Hardness of rebuild wheel collar and tread dia must be 350 to 400 B.H.N. up to 10 mm depth. 6. After machining DP / UT test to be done for welding cracks. if cracks found remove cracks. 7. Inspection report with DP/ UT test report along with test. Certificate of Hardness testing must be provided by supplier. 8. Joint inspection will be done at AMNS after dispatching of wheels and measurement sheet will be signed by Supplier and AMNS representative. Billing will be done as per this measurement sheet. 9.
