Tender For Replacement Of Feeder Header Insulation Cabinet In Kgs-1.; 1 Dismantling, removal and disposal of Feeder Header Insulation Cabinet (FHIC) faces along with structural support/ frame 2 Fabrication and supply of Feeder Header Insulation Cabinet (FHIC) faces along with structural support/ frame forlower front face, lower centre face, upper front face , bottom face, west face and east face as per attached Technical Specification and Drawings (Note:- Total quantity= 02 Set, One set for North FM vault and One set for South FM vault) 3 Erection of FHIC lower front face, lower centre face, upper front face , bottom face, west face and east face in North and South Fueling Machine vault as per attached Technical Specification and Drawings; from material supplied under SOQR Item No. 2(Note:- Total quantity= 02 Set, One set for North FM vault and One set for South FM vault) 4 Installation and erection (along with supervision) of Prefabricated Thermal Insulation Pads from outside/ inside at various faces of FHIC as suit to field condition by application of suitable mechanical fixing (including stud welding and GI sheet) to hold the thermal insulation pads (25/50 mm thickness) inside of Fuelling Machine Vault (Note:- Material of prefabricated thermal insulation pads in size of 7.2meter x 60cm x 25mm will be provided by NPCIL, remaining material will be contractors scope)
