Stalls with Item 50 Stalls of Suitable size not less than 48 sq. feet, however it may increase or Decrease as par the availaltality of space and suitable to apperunce To be erected in Sukhadiya stadium, pratapgarh as per the approved layout plan. Stall will be fabricoted with good Quality octonorm system/Plywood/Jute waterproof & Fire resistant material as per approved Stall Design. The lieight of stalls shall not be less than 2.5 mis. All stalls shall be covered with waterproof and fire resistant material, Wooden Plateforn along with matching approved Stall Design. The whole ares over the stalls including pathway between rows of stalls will be beautifully covered with Handicraft Items Specially mandana hased decontions. Stalls Should be Made Under DOM/Canopy Only and Proper arrangement for adverse weather conditions shoud be there. स्टॉल्स को ग्रामीण परिवेश की डिजायन में तैयार किया जाना है। Each stall to be equipped with the following infrastructare a. (It may Increase or decrease) of food stalls each of size 15x15 sq feet, (It may Increase or decrease) sufficient sitting space, carpeting, furniture, electricity, water, dustibini (24 Inch) etc. (Dusthins should be cleaned whenever filled) 8 Stage for Cultural Programmes Plateform stage for cultural programmes should be Prepared with wooden Platform. Floor of stage in the covered with non woven carpet. One big size back Drop, covering to main Stage Two separate green rooms along with mirrors, dais and proper decor of the stage. Four 3-senter Sollas and 50 nos, good quality-sitting chairs/moodas to be provided, 9 Entranceways (One entranceway with Red and on inmigration dayas printed carpet of good quality shall be provided after carpeting of entire Door. 10 Standies The Event agency shall also anunge to install standies in the Mela Ground displaying RGAVP design and material to he provided to the Event Manager by RGAVP 11 Hordings The Event agency shall also arrange to install different sizes at cut Side Mela Groundispecially in public places) unil inside excluding the main gate and stage backhop ones. Wall displaying RGAVP design and material to be provided to the Event Manager by RGAVP 12 Sound system PA system of good quality with sufficient speakers to cover whole of the Expo Ground shall be provided, Mike & one Cassette Player/DVD Player on Reception cum office shall be provided, fixed mikes and cordless mikes of good quality, sound system as per requrment (with all necessary modern equipments including echo sound system) shall be provided on the stage for cultural programme. 13 Light (Complete lighting of the entire venue including stage, entrance area, trees & plants, food area, parking uren & adjoining areas shall be done with LED lamps, metallic lamps (White famps), colnured decorative bulbs as per the need with complete insulated wiring in the whole area and stalls also. 14 Electricity Charges including tempormy connection charges, coble charges, rental charges if any, and electricity consumption charges will be born by Event agency Event agency shall also make required deposits and refunds for the purpose 15 Generator (Installation and running cost of 62.5 KVA or as per requirement for effective electrical arrangements silent generators With Diesel for power back up (all inclusive). 16 Cleaning & Sanitation (Daily venue cleaning shall be made by the event manager with provision of two sanitation teams through out of the wela period from 10 am. To 10 pm. And one dedicated team for public toilets. In addition, at least 20 big dustbins will be provided at different places of the fair ground) 17 Water arrangements (All necessary arrangements for safe and cleus drinking water for about 100 artisans and general public should be through water dispensare water cooler by Event Manager at the mela ground. 18 General Décor and Maintenance General decoration of mela ground with pots, green plants/seasonal flowers and décor with farriers and crafts to be provided and General decoration maintanted throughout the Fair period. Fire safety measures The Event Manager shall be fully responsible for ensuring all fire safety measures required to be undertaken for the event. He shall abso ensure all firu safety measures throughout the mela period. All electric wires & connections must be covered properly with PVC pipes ete. all permissions/NOC from Government departments to be taken by Hidder. Opening Ceremony and closing ceremony All necessary arrangements for opening and closing ceremony including flower decoration of gates, devara, bouquets, garlands, deepan, statue of Lord Ganesha, dhoop, roli, moli, ghee, botti, ribbon, scissors, decorative thali, refreshinents of good quality for approx. 50 guests to be made by the Event Manager. Photography & Videography The event manager shall provide facility of professional photographer and videographer fur envering all important functions, stalls, infrastructure, media publicity materials, cultural events. VIP visits, etc. Final documented photo and video copies of all important events of the mela having original and edited version of all important events of the mela, shall be delivered by the event manager to RGAVP Selfie Point with Cutout. One Attractive good Looking Selfie Point Should he Established Design of Selfie Point Should be prepare by Event Agency where Design will be approved By Rajeevika Publicity Event Agency Will be entitaled to put banners and hordings in at least Four different public gathering places of pratapgarh two days before starting of the mela
