The Event Management Agency shall procure all the required material including 2.5 Led screen of size 12 feet x 10 feet (2 nos) & 3 feet x 10 feet (2 nos), Digital Kiosk, Laptop, Camera with two way conferencing, Speakers with surround sound etc , Besides, any other requirement foreseen by the agency. The Event Management Agency shall construct the stall at Event space and should be complete in all respects at least 10- 12 hours before opening of the event. (*Please Refer Tender For More Details)

The Event Management Agency shall ensure that there is availability of ample lighting, electricity sockets, internet connectivity etc. as required for proper functioning of the stall. (*Please Refer Tender For More Details)
