| 1 | Complete rear load body repairing by removingdented portion area. The broken or worn out portion of load body shall be removed and patches by new piece through ges welding. The rear gate shall be repaird and replace of kabja and nut bolt by electric welding andload body shall be painted by synthetic enamel paint through spray method. |
| 2 | Complete denting and painting of cabinbodyby removing the dented areaand repair the damage area by spot welding and patching the new piece of mild steel sheet and painting entire cabin by synthetic enamel paint through spray painting. |
| 3 | Complete servicing & replacementof faulty self stater assy , alternator assy parts and replacementworn outwiring ,male female coupling, Head light bulb , tail light bulband complete work up to satisfaction of Engineering - incharge with testing atidle and full load condition. |
| 4 | Complete washing of chassis frame and wheel rim for removing the rust/ dusting area. After washing of chassis and wheel rim shall be coated with primer and paintingthe complete chassis frame and wheel rim with black enamel paint |
| 5 | Complete servicing and tuning of four cylinder, inline, water cooled, four stroke, over head cam, turbo charger, self ignition sys, multifuel injection sys, diesel engine and replacement of air filter, oil filter, diesel filter, etc. after servicing of engine the complete engine shall be tunned and setted for idle and full load condition |
| 6 | Dismantling of clutch system assembly & replacement of SRGD bearing , clutch release brg with hub , clutch Cylinder, fly wheel ring and refitted in vehicle with bleeding the completeclutch sysand testing complete clutch system up to satisfaction of Engineering- in- Charge with complete work as required. |
| 7 | Complete self starter assy shall be removed from the vehicle and overhaul by the replacing of required parts like bush set, self solonoid switch, carbon bush, self plate, and rewinding the one no field coil. After repair of self starter assy refitting it into the vehicle and test it on idle and full operating temp of engine including labour charges. |
| 8 | Complete opening of power strg sys and replace of oil seal, drop arm, knuckle arm, hydraulic bottle, hydraulic fluid, pipe from hydraulic bottle to strg sys. Complete power strg gear box cleaning and reassembling with all required parts.The strg power assy refitted in the vehicle and Top up the hydraulic fluid with bleeding the complete sys and setting the RHS & LHS turning of wheels by the measuring of toe in toe out with the help of wheel balancing machine. |
| 9 | Complete opening of four wheel brake sys and replace of retensioning spring, brake rachet, RHS rear brake arm, front both side wheel brake chamber rubber, with setting of all four brake sys and opening with cleaning of air chamber and replace of air drain valve. After repairing of brake sys refitting the all the brake parts in the vehicle and check the vehicle at idle and full load condition by taking the road test of vehicle. |
| 10 | Complete cabin cleaning inside and outside by the high-pressure water and cabin shall be rubbing, polishing for RTO passing. |
| 11 | Replacement of silencerby cutting and welding with patches by new piece through ges weldingwith complete work as required |
| 12 | Replacement side glass door handlewith complete work as required. |
| 13 | Mudgaurd need to be repair by cutting , welding and repairingby spot welding and patching the new piece of mild steel sheet. With complete work. |
| 14 | Provide and fixing of front bumper with complete work as required. |
| 15 | S & F SUPD (side under protection gard) |
| 16 | Complete repairing and writing of number plate, slogans as per required by the deptt. |
| 17 | Provide and fixing of red and yellow tube for night indication. |
| 18 | Complete vehicles shall be washing and greasing of all wheels. |
| 19 | Provide the pollution certificate from the transport deptt of diesel vehicle.2024-2025. Payment will be paid as per reiciept. |
| 20 | Complete setting of speed governor and provide the speed governor certificate for passing from RTO. |
| 21 | Provide the fitness certificate from MLO / RTO office for the year of 2024-2025. Payment will be paid as per reiciept. |
| 22 | Complete radiator cleaning and servicing work to be carried out as if there is any leakage thorough means of welding up to satisfaction of Engineer - - incharge. |
