Supply and fixing of Puff roof panels made up of minimum 0.30mm thick PPGI Corrugated sheet at the top over plain sheet at the bottom with a layer of rigid CFC Free Polyurethene Foam (PUF) of density 40kg +2kg/cm as insulation in between.The polyurethene foam shall conform to latest IS 12436.The minimum thickness PU foam layer shall be 29mm for 30mm thick PUF Panel .The PPGI sheet shall be of minimum 240 MP & Steel garde and shall have a zinc coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992,5-7 Micros of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyster top coat of 18-19micros of one side/outer side.The PPGI sheet/PUF panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 micros to avoid scratche tc finished panels during transfortation ,providing ridges or hips of with plain G.S Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks ,bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers etc,complete excluding the cc of trusses ,purlines inclusive of cutting to the shape where ever required.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coatincluding the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
