Tender For Park Development Work In The Southern Part Of Buland City Center - Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation,grass,bruss wood, trees & saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Demolishing brickwork manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material within the subgrade and disposing to 50 meters. 3 Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres 4 Providing and supplying equipments for parks for amusement 5 M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 cement & fine sand mortar in superstructure one brick thick wall including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. [S.I. No.(305(a)+309+310)]. 6 12mm cement paster Finishing up of plaster with all specifications 1:4 7 Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 8 Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, fine sand of 1.25 FM and cement, in proporationof 12:6:1 in foundations and under floorsincluding supply of all materials, labour, tools & plantsetc. 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 10 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% :43 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%). 11 R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:2:4 in lintels to doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W GGI binding wire. 12 R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in columns incuding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W GGI binding wire. 13 R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in beams exluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W GGI binding wire. 14 Steel work reinforcement 15 M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 cement & fine sand mortar in superstructure one brick thick wall including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. [S.I. No. 641+642 20 Providing wall putty on New surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats. 21 Finishing wall with weather coat of approved make and quality on new wood with three coat to give an even shade i/c supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc., required for proper completion of work as Per SI No.-660+661 (New Item) 22 Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method Tractor with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with Three wheel 80-100 KN Static Roller to achieve the desire density,complete as per technical specification clause 401. 23 Supply and Laying of 80 mm thick precast cement concreteI- shaped interlockingpaver blocks with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120)mm O.P. cement, smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant; manufactured through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30MPA(M-30) and weight 5.0 Kg per nos . confirming to IS:15658-2006 including cost of material, labour ,T & P. etc. and required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.i/c 4cm Fine sand layer for cushion 24 GST
