Operation and maintenance of complete sewerage system in Sector-12, 20A, 20B and Neharpar Faridabadincluding watch and ward, cleaning block sewer line. The mtc. Job including the work of cleaning desalting of sewer lines and manholes by mechanically, plugging-out the sewer line, active redressal to sort out the day to day complaints/occasionally pumping required if any, on sewer line in order to maintain smooth running and operation of sewerage system. The contractor shall provide all kinds of safety quipments, goggles, gum boots, uniform, raincoat, soap, mustered oil and other material to the sewer man workers engaged on work. All tools and plants and any other equipment shall be provided the contractor at his expenses. Note :- The contractor may keep proper watch and ward with regard to dislocation, misplacement damage and unauthorized use of machinery. The contractor shall have to give contact number for getting information of complaints for esidents/ JE/SDE and the contractor shall have to report back about the compliance to JE/SDE and resolve all sewer complaint within 24 hours of complaint received in time bound manner complete in all respect. (if failed to do so agency will be liable to penalty of Rs.5000/- day per complaint.)
