Tender For Various Civil Works At Iim Indore; 1 PCC Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources (Note:- The conreteing is taken for pouring in the drainwith adequate slope). 2 Dewatering from existing drain by providing, pumps as required capacity for concreting in drain behind SR-19 for providing proper slope 3 Providing and fixing fly-proof aluminum sliding screen door with powder-coated frame, mesh, sliding mechanism, and sealing, including grill and 100 mm surrounding frame, ensuring no gaps, all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Sample is already Installed at SR-20) SIze of Frame = 6x7 Size of Door = 7x3 4 Supply & Installation, testing and commissioning Of Solar Water Heating System 500 LPD Suitable for inlet water with chlorine and fluoride content up to 4000 PPM and comprising of Solar Evacuated Tube Collector, Insulated Stainless Steel Hot Water Storage Tank normal pressure type made of stainless-steel grade 304 (Low Carbon) with elecrical backup heater. (The panel width of the sheet shall be of 1200 mm and the quality of the polycarbonate sheet should have adequate strength for wind uplift, vibration. and visual appearance with the seam-locking mechanism on both sides with U profile in aluminium metal to the sheet if required) (Working height upto 5 mt). (No Scaffolding Shall be paid Seperatly) 8 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 9 Drilling holes of specified diameter(12/10 mm) upto 40mm depth in RCC using a Hilti system, including cleaning the hole and injecting Hilti HIT-RE 500 V3 injectable epoxy chemical, complete as per manufacturers specifications. 10 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanicaly Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 12 Providing & Fixing cement Board of required thickness 8 mm,including with all fittings complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
