At Km. 40.650 Of Garai River In District Mirzapur - Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil/sandy loam, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space and sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 meter from the foundation trenches. 2 Providing and laying coarse sand in foundation including cost of all material ,labour and T&P etc. required. 3 Providing and laying1:3:6 cement, coarse sand and 25 to 50 mm stone ballast including cost of all material, labour and T.&P. required. 4 C.R. stone masonryin 1:3 inwith cement , coarse sand of F.M. more than 2.2 and cut stone khanda 200x200x200 mm size including cost of all material , labour and T.&P. etc required. 5 Cement Pointing in 1:2 CM with coarse sand on stone masonry including cost of all material labour T&P. required for proper completion of work. 6 Centering & Shuttering for R.C.C. work including Rent of shuttering material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of works 7 Providing and laying1:1.5:3 reinforced cement concrete with cement, coarse sand of FM more than 2.2 and 4.75 to 20 mm dala hard stone grit in position, including cost of all material, labour and T.&P. etc. compplete in all respects. 8 Cutting, bending, binding and placing reinforcement in positionincluding all material and , Labour & T.&P. etc complete in all respects. 8 mm dia 9 Cutting, bending, Joint Filler board conplete in all respect as directed by Engineer in Charge. 13 Providing and laying1:1.5:3 cement concrete with cement, cooarse sand of FM more than 2.2 and 4.75 to 20 mm dala hard stone grit in position, including cost of all material, labour and T.&P. etc. compplete in all respects. 14 Distempering two coats of oil bound distemper of approved make of Burber, Jension & Nicholcsen, Shalimar, Asian, Nerolac, over one priming coat of cement primer on new surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris / whiting and sand papered smooth including cost of all material, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 15 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 16 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 17 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 18 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 19 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 20 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriat capacity not less than 200 tonne per hourlaying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 21 Providing and laying seal coat with HMP sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 22 Providing brick edging on both side of road with first class brick 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep & supply of brick finished to required template and in proper alignment including dressing & ramming the excavation earth as per direction of I/E 23 Earthwork in banking of aproach raod, bank and diversion with all type of soil includingall initial lead & lift of 1.0 Km and lecelling ,dressing and mannual compaction complete in all respects. 24 Dewatering at site using 5 HP pump complete in all resects.
