(Part-I)- 1 Fabrication of wall pannel with 12 mm thick BWR plywood of IS710 grade over a wooden frame work of 600mmx600mm made with 50mmx40mm wooden batten (Malasiyan sal, Pine) duly fitted and fixed to brick walls with proper leveling and verticality jand covering the surface with PVC louvered pannel of size 200mmx2400mm with 12 mm overlap on either side duly fixed with synthetic resin (hytax) including the cost of all materials, labour charges, carriage etc. all complete (excluding GST and labour welfare cess) 2 Fabrication of wall pannel with 6 mm thick BWR plywood of IS710 grade over a wooden frame work of 600mmx600mm made with 50mmx40mm wooden batten (Malasiyan sal, Pine) duly fitted and fixed to brick walls with proper leveling and verticality jand covering the surface with 1.5 mm thick decorative laminate duly fix with synthetic adhisive (Fevicol ) including the cost of all materials, labour charges, carriage etc. all complete (excluding GST and labour welfare cess) 3 Fabrication of wall pannel with 12 mm thick BWR plywood of IS710 grade over a wooden frame work of 600mmx600mm made with 50mmx40mm wooden batten (Malasiyan sal, Pine) duly fitted and fixed to brick walls with proper leveling and verticality jand covering the surface with 1.5 mm thick decorative laminate duly fix with synthetic adhisive (Fevicol ) including the cost of all materials, labour charges, carriage etc. all complete (excluding GST and labour welfare cess) 4 Charges for dismanteling the outer units of existing damage A.C. andspecial installatiion of 6 nos.A.C.with additional copper pipe and insulation of about 70 ft.and repairing the old existing A.C. (4 Nos.) andre-installation the same as and where required. (the rates to be quoted including the cost of materials, labour charges, carriage upto site etc. all complete. excluding GST & Labour Welfare Cess. ) 5 Supplying fitting and fixing stainless steel sinage board for the office chamber of the Executive Engineer, of letter font size 8 and 5 height (ALIPORE DIVISION PHE DTE.) including the cost of carriage upto work site but excluding GST & Labour Welfare Cess. 6 Supplying, fitting and fixing of one District Map board of size 5-0x5-0 made up of MDF board, withengrave map boundaries and embossed lettering suly painted with P.U. coating, as per departmental design including the cost of materials, labour charges, and carriage etc. all complete but excluding GST & Labour Welfare Cess.
