Tender For Special Repair Work Of Kodri Mathura Chaudharydih Road (Odr) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.40-53 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,screening Type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumenusing bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.3 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.on primed surface.(Including cost of VG-10) 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause.511 (Including cost of VG-10) 4 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.(Including cost of VG-10) 5 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg (Grade M-35) per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing 6 Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 7 P.C.C. 1:3:6, with Stone ballast 8 R.C.C. 1:1.5:3, with 20 mm grit over top of walls and drain bed 9 M.S.
