Vendor to submit break up for services rendered. 4. Important Terms: a. Sufficient manpower to be deployed as per the requirement by the vendor to complete the job within the agreed stipulated time. b. Minimum 3 workers to be stationed in the plant on daily basis. c. Quality of workmen ship should be as per standards. d. Manpower performance shall be evaluated internally by AM/NS Engin person without giving any reasons. e. Guarantee period to be 2 years from the date of installation of insulation. If the insulation or sheets failed within 6 months, then not less than 50% of rectification to be carried out by the vendor free of cost. f. All the traceability reports of the material supplied to be submitted by the vendor for the new material being fixed, particularly new insulation LRB, Aluminium Sheet. (TDS reports). g. Vendor shall provide necessary break up of Gate In record at AMNS material gate for the new material being used against the work order for every Job work claim. Also, shall maintain necessary reconciliation report and submit once requested. h. Bills should be enclosed with the Job measurement sheet, completion, and satisfactory report of Area Engineer along with the MIS report of the AMC (Consolidated bill Statement) without which bills shall be rejected. i. Raw materials storage room required for Insulation, Sheets, scaffolding pipes, GI sheet shall be provided by AM/NS .
