Tender For Construction Of Chamber And Swd In Mangalam Road In Palladam Municipality; 1 Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with intial lead of 10m & intial lift of 2m in sand ,silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil , sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B) 2 Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four Parts of crushed stone M-sandand eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification (The crushed stone sand to be used on cocrete work shell conform to gradation as per IS :383-1970 ) 3 Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS(or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost ofsteel and binding wire also in all floors. 4 Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed - 10 m 2 (P & D)Data 38 - Drain wall 5 Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed - 10 m 2 (P & D)Data 38 - Cover Slab 6 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Parts of crushed stone M-sand and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour chargesetc., complete as per standard specification (The crushed stone sand to be used on cocrete work shell conform to gradation as per IS :383-1970 and aiso as per IS 456-2007) 7 Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification. 8 Supply and delivery of 10.00Hp Star-Delta starter confirming to IS 13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/ Three Phase/50HZ (+/- 5%) and 415V (+/- 10%) including 3 pole magnetic contactor with under voltage release - 3 nos., CT operated Ammeter (65 mm dia) with suppressed scale, Voltmeter (65mm dia), Voltmeter selector switch, Miniature circuit breaker, Thermal Overload relay, Air Break contactors suitable for next Standard higher KW rating, Single phasing preventor, dry running preventor and On/Off Push button switches, wiring with 1 sq.mm/4 sq. mm copper pvc insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box, including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).
