Tender For Maintenance of Park (R/O G.I Chain Link Boundary Wall) In Sector-141.Noida - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50 m.The Contractor has to dectect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable , gas pipe line etc, using utility decteting machine before start of excavation andshall start excavation only after getting permission of E/I. All kind of soil (Letter No. Noida/CPE/2015/464, Dt. 20.07.2015) 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 5 Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (DSR-18, item no. 5.9.6) 12 Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 14 Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, includingscrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). 15 Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove 16 Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.
