Note:-Minimum consumption of cement shall not be less than 220kg/cum. |
| 9 | RCC: Providing and casting insitu(Design mix), RCC of Grade M-30 with a minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum using stone aggregate of maximum size 20mm including, transporting, placing at all elevations, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing even all exposed faces for all insitu items as per specification. (The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement but inclusive of formwork). |
| 10 | Reinforcement: Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding TMT steel reinforcement of grad Fe 500 confirming to IS: 1786 of brand TATA/SAIL/VIZAG/JSW for all insitu RCC including providing spacer blocks, binding wire etc. Complete as per drawing and specification. |
| 11 | USK: Supplying of unskilled workers to assist the carpenter / plumber / mason / fitter / painter for civil work with necessary tools as and when required by the Engineer in charge. Bidder shall arrange the workers within 24 hours of instruction of Engineer in charge. Note : 01 (one) task means deployment of man power deployed for 9 (Nine) hrs.(Net duty hours). |
| 12 | JCB: Providing JCB machine with all attachments with driver possessing a valid license to drive the JCB machine including one helper for any work like excavation/backfilling/levelling etc. for 10 hours (including lunch period) per day including cost of diesel, oil, lubricants, maintenance etc. complete as directed by Engineer. Note: One Nos means deployment of JCB Machine for 10 hours. |
| 13 | Engineer: Supply of 01 (One) No. Civil Engineer/supervisor for assisting Engineer in Charge in their day today works like quality related, daily progress, execution of works and other works pertaining to this work as per instruction of Engineer.Note:(i) The Graduate Engineer (B.E./B.Tech) shall have minimum experience of one year or supervisor with diploma qualification shall have minimum experience of three years. He shall report to the Engineer-In-Charge during entire contract period. (ii) The base rate of the task is Rs. 1,954 /- per Task. (iii) One TASK is defined as 09 Hrs. prescribed duty for one day for carrying out the respective activity as mentioned. |

Note: The Contractor shall dispose the reinforcement waste from dismantling concrete and take the same out side the plant area at his cost. i.e. the material obtained from dismantling is the property of the contractor. Accordingly the rate shall be quoted. |
| 18 | Design: Engineering, Design and drawing of Cross drainages/ Culverts as per specification, submission of design calculations and drawings to NPCIL, incorporation of comments in submitted drawings/calculations to finally obtain proof checking of faculty of institutes of repute.Note:1) The quoted cost shall be inclusive of proof checking of structural design , Construction drawings by serving Andhra University /JNTU (Hyderabad/ Kakinada) faculty having ME/M.tech (Structure).2) The design includes thickness of various sections, reinforcement details, groove details, handling and errection methodology etc., complete.3) No separate payment shall be done for consultancy work. The bidder has to consider the consultancy charges in this item. |
| 19 | Revenue Survey, Demarcation and Fixing of Boundary Pillars: Conducting revenue survey of R&R colony Approach Road, with reference to revenue records, demarcation and fixing of external boundary on ground at an 50 meter interval by anchoring prefabricated RCC pillars (RCC Pillars shall be paid separately in the relevant items) as per the drawing in the soil up to 300 mm depth inclusive of filling with cement slurry, clearing bushes etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge using DGPS and Total Station.Note: 1) The quoted rate shall be Inclusive of supply of 2 Sets of A0 size drawings in Dwg/ UTM format representing the lat/long Coordinates and UTM Coordinates of each and every bend and submission of final report.2) Coordination with Revenue Department for collecting the relevant documents, records in connection with Boundary demarcation shall be in scope of Contractor. Vetting of the identified boundaries with Revenue department. |
