Carrying out Digital survey and preparion Lay Out Plan:- Carrying out detailed topographical survey and preparing Lay out plan of approx 1.5 Acres land by marking all existing features, boundaries, buildings, carriageways, trees, electric/telephone lines, footpath, drains, sewer lines, water supply lines, ponds, hillocks, marshy lands, approach road, main road etc by using total stations, digital instruments and making contour plan preparing of drawings marking the position of the existing structures with plinth levels, calculation of the land areas, design of drainage pattern and preparing proposed LOP for BOP showing foot prints of all the proposed buildings, internal road, bulk service like street light, water supply lines,sewer line, retaining walls, helipad, boundary wall, gate etc as per requirement of client. And provide 4 set of all the colour drawing in A-3 size paper and also supply of AutoCAD generated file in Pen Drive in the requisite scale including transportation charge of men and machinery to site and return back after completion of work including mobilization charge and GST.

Soil investigation :- Soil investigation as per latest BIS codes, drilling 03 or more numbers of bore hole as per site requirement including conducting SPT, sample collection at 1.5 Mtr interval in hilly terrain and every change of strata along with undisturbed sample collection at 1.5mtr, 3.0mtr, 4.5mtr, 6.0mtr upto 15Mtrs and so on at interval of every 1.5 Mtr and on change of strata and carrying out other related tests for carrying out safe bearing capacity of soil including, mobilization and demobilization of tools, machinery and man power including marking of bore hole location on ground as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Preparation and submission of hard copies and soft copy in Pdf format of the final report of all the test / field investigation/ laboratory test carried as detailed in specification inclusive of bore loads and recommendation of the parameter found out from the tests including safe bearing capacity for various foundation sizes and at various depth such as 1.5mtr, 2.0mtr, 3.0mtr, 4.5mtr, 6.0mtr upto 15 Mtrs.
