Mobilisation of skilled manpower, tools and tackles, erection of scaffolding at 24 Mtrs & above platform for work execution.Removal of existing exchanger tubes from process (14R1) cooler, cleaning of tube sheet holes, insertion of new tubes, expansion of tubes at tube sheets and followed by seal welding.The work execution shall be as per the enclosed scope of work cum technical specification.This vessel is located between 24 Mtrs to 32 Mtrs height and re-tubing work has to be carried out in its position only.Necessary safe working platform arrangement is to be made by the contractor only.
