Charges for cleaning of deposited ash and debris from ID, FD & PA fans and Lube oil pump stations and its surrounding areas and PA, FD & FG ducts outside the boiler structure all the ducts upto chimney to be cleaned weekly twices including T&P\"s and consumables.

Charges for inspection and condition monitoring and attending minor repair works in ID, FD & PA fans and its accessories as directed by the Engineer in charge including hire charges for T&P\"s and the cost of consumables.
