The Frame should be bolted on angles at the four corners so that frame may be un-bolted/bolted at the time of replacement of the transformer. Provision of 1 gate should be there for maintenance of the transformer. Painting (1 coat of red oxide + 2 coat of Bus green enamel paint). The wire mesh should be earthed with 50x6 mm MS earthing strip with existing earthing of Transformer Body. All manpower, material and T&P provided by the contractor to complete the fabrication, transportation and installation. 79 Pipe Earthing of Transformer (By boring of 4 inch diameter 20 m deep, 40 mm diameter A class GI pipe is inserted to a depth of 20 m and a holed pipe of 1.5 m length is inserted at the bottom. Tighten one end of the MS strip of size 50x6mm with the nut bolt with the neutral of the converter and weld the other end with the GI pipe inserted in the boring for earthing.
