No. Item Description 1 Maintenance of tube well which includes round the clock monitoring of tube wells of all sizes, complete repairs/ rewinding of submersible pump sets including cost of material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube well, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of log-books & history sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for tubewell per Month. 2 6.0 HP to 7.5 HP 3 8.0 HP to 10.0 HP 4 11.0 HP to 12.5 HP 5 Running expenditure of pump houses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor, maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge, general up-keeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six month , daily valve operation under the campus of pump houses and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month (Power supply minimum 16 hrs.) (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.) 6 Up to 100 HP 7 Daily/periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valve per month. (Valve road and cap to be arranged by contractor.) 8 80-300 mm 9 Maintenance of Centrifugal Pump sets and Motors including cost of rewinding of motors, material component de accessories required to repair pumpsets, starter etc. of electric panels, Jeinstallation and reinstallation of pump set. Complete in all respect, for pee centrifugal pump set with panel per month. Maintenance of history sheet register, as directed by Engineer in-charge for centrifugal pump set per month operated load of centrifugal pump set (111) 10 13 HP to 20.0 HP 11 Providing & Lowering in tube well ISI marked GI Pipe medium duty (“B class), Steel tube as per IS:1239 or amended up to date and zinc coating as per IS 4736, threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number25x3mm MS flat welded on both ends between pipe & flange, rubber washer & nut bolts etc. complete in all respect. 50mm dia 12 50mm dia 13 Supply & Fixing of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cableas per IS 694:1990 or amended up to date and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980including making connection etc. 14 3 core 4.0 Sq.mm 15 Maintenance of pipe line irrespective of size & material, which includes repairing of bursts and leakages, pollution control, survey and removal of chorking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection and recording minimum 10 nos of residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, inteconnection and all works related to pipe line networks in existing distribution/rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in loose soil/hard soil, including cutting of black top, WBM and CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also includes cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repait leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe and upto ground level. For entire job, contractor will use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange dewatering, JCB (excavator) and tractor compressor, if required any, and restore any amenety at his own cost, damaged while performing the work in this item. This works includes daily pattrolling and repair of leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of distribution and rising main pipe line network within the scope of work for perKM pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the Department.Minimum labour for the following KM of pipe line to be deployed 1 KM to 50 KM, one fitter-11 & one beldar
