Sub-Stations by complete repairing and overhauling of trolley by on lowering, Raising mechanism and proper setting and adjusting the mechanism including adjustment of tripping and closing mechanism by cleaning, oiling, greasing, wiping in such a manner so that tripping and closing time should be in limit. Each time of overhauling, closing and tripping time will be taken by timer and adjusted as per requirement with coordination and checking the relay setting also. Repair and maintenance of spare heater, Taking the megger result and preparing the overhauling report with breaker timing etc. dully signed by J.E. and S.D.O. with Photograph with Land Coordinates. Spares like Circlip, washer, nut will be replaced free of cost during the maintenance breakers. Overhauling will be done 2 times of each trolley. |
