• Transportation of QPs from District Treasury to Examination/ Test centres for Offline Exam (OMR Based Tests)• Conduct of exam at examination/Test Centres for Offline Exam (OMR Based Tests), Selection of Examination Centres and appointment of centre incharges, Supply of stationery (including Attendance sheets, Roll lists and Desk slips, envelopes and other packing materials etc.), Deployment and training of personnel, payment to the Invigilators and other staff deployed at test centres at the rates approved by UPESSC].• Transportation of QPS, OMRs and other documents from Examination/ Test Centres to District Treasury, UPESSC and Safe warehouse for Offline mode (OMR Based Tests) as per scope of work defined under Activity-B

NOTE:• Price should be quoted as of above and all quoted prices should be Inclusive of GST only. GST will be applicable as per Govt. norms• This Rate would remain valid for the entire duration of contract.• UPESSC, at its discretion, may choose to avail any or combination of services mentioned in category in various exams.• UPESSC is not bound to take all the services mentioned in each or any examination conducted.• Rate quoted by the Service Provider shall be inclusive of all incidental cost including transportation, handling, and installation etc.• For Calculation of L1:Fs= B1
