| 16 | Recovery on account of unserviceable/ scrapped steel obtained from the workNote:-1. The CI/DI & other steel scrap shall be recovered @ Rs.30/kg.2. The Skilled/Unskilled Labour shall be available daily during the office Hours and Engineer in charge may also call the same any time round the clock for which nothing extra shall be paid.3. Failure to attend the complaint shall attract a penalty of twice the rate of item no. 1 per day & shall be recovered from the agency.4. The Contractor or his representative shall be available at site office during the office hours. |
| 17 | Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
