| 1 | Demolishing/Dismantling tile work of fountain body with pipe line, lights & otheraccessories and refixing the same as and when required after renovation of fountain body etc. manually by mechanical means including staking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with 12mm Plaster and Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of fountain etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound as per CPWD specification. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry etc. complete as reqd at site and providing and fixing porcelain mosaic tiles of different colours/ blends with 4mm thick glazed finished of 48mm x 48mm to 100mm x 100mm size in required pattern as approved by Engineer-in-charge upto 1.5 mtr height fixed with white/grey approved adhesive for fixing tiles and shall be grouted with acid washed for proper finishing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge i/c dismantling & reinstallation of fountains water pipes, lights, wiring & other accessories offountain body (Different samples of approved pattern shall be provided free of cost) etc. complete as reqd at site NOTE:- Quality of tiles can checked & approved by Engineer-in-charge. |
