Construction of necessary coffer dam and its removal is part and parcel of the job. Also include the dismantling and proper disposal of the enabling works after the completion of the construction. Also provide temporary approach to the intake well site and proper working space with full safety of the labour at intake well site.Pump house of 20.0m inner clear diameter and 7.5m height of R.C.C. framed structure shall be constructed above circular wall of the intake well with all types of beams, columns, slabs lintels chhajas. All R.C.C. work above Pump floor level shall be in M-25 for Pump house including providing and fabricating reinforcement, brick work masonary in C.C. 1:6, and outside/Inside cement plaster in C.M. 1:3 shall be finished and smooth with Epoxy Paint. Necessary opening shall be made in Pump house floor for machinery. The pump house shall be well ventilated with windows with grill and Rolling shutter. Providing and errecting (E.O.T.) Electrical operated trolley of min 10 M.T capacity with the gantry including applying paint of approved quality. Construction of intake well shall include all extra charges for hiring equipment, labour, land and necessary enabling works cost. Any Item remains to be mentioned above but required for the work shall be deemed to have been included. |
| 2 | Designing, constructing approach bridge of 6 meter inner clear width and 110.00 meter length shall be constructed as framed structure and shall be constructed on open foundation with bracing beams arrangement, deck slab. Substructure and super structure shall be of grade M-30 R.C.C. Columns, with M-30 grade Beams & Deck slab. For approach bridge min depth of the column footing 3 meter is required on the bank of Ground or as per Design. Inside the river the column has to be supported by well foundation and well cap the invert level of the well foundation shall be at 115 m or based on the strata of the river bed. The scope of work also includes the geo technical investigation and survey of the river bed. The sub structure and super structure of the approach bridge will be done as per detailed design, drawing and specification in cement concrete M-30 including providing, supplying and fabricating reinforcement as per design and drawing. Necessary coffer dam will be provided for the construction of the columns for present water level. Columns will be connected with RCC Beam of suitable size including all materials and labour.It shall be sufficient strong enough to take the load of M.S. pipe with water load, Trolley with dead weight of Pump, Pipes & painting with anticorrosive paint.Accordingly, suitable rail arrangements are to be provided over the deck slab in order to allow movement of Trolley over the rails, Gantry girder with chain pulley block shall be provided on bank end of bridge.Retaining wall of RCC M-30 shall be constructed for resting approach bridge at one end including required reinforcement. The floor R.L.of Pump house as well as approach bridge must be min 1.50 meter higher than H.F.L. of reservoir. The job includes necessary refilling work as per site requirement. The above structure shall be provided with lighting protection devices. Necessary lighting arrangement shall be made for whole structure.Construction approach bridge shall include all extra charges for hiring equipment, labour, land and necessary enabling works cost.
