1	Contractor to insert here-in below their percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) rates. If net schedule rates are offered at PAR with MES schedule rates are offered at PAR with MES Schedule, \"0\" should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the bidder here-in-below shall be deemed firm. The contractor shall be allowed to insert in percentage only upto two decimal places.Notes : - (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, The net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix \"A\" to Notice of e-tender.(ii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage above) will not increased from the estimated cost of work.
