(iii) Contractor/Supervisor will collect complaint of leakage from concern JE as daily basis and will complete same day.(iv) If leakage again found during the contract period at same location contractor will repair it again and no extra payment will bemade on this account.(v) Contractor will provide equipments like JCB/tractor etc on his own arrangement for rectifying the complaint as per site requirement and no other payment will be made for the same. |
